Returns & Refunds

Because our products are handcrafted personal care, herbal, and consumable goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Please include your order number and, when applicable, photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
